Sam Pullara has nearly 40 years of proven ability to create, re-engineer, and improve business operations for the purpose of providing cost savings, service improvements, productivity gains, and greater profitability among a broad range of operation, manufacturing, distribution, and logistical environments.
Prior to the start of Cumberland Partners, Mr. Pullara was an executive involved with start-up and turn-around opportunities in a number of companies that included the manufacturing and distribution of such disparate products as: steel, dry and frozen foods, books, software, periodicals, music, personal care, catalog products of all types and descriptions throughout the United States and off-shore.
Since the creation of Cumberland Partners in 1987, Mr. Pullara has been involved as a manufacturing and logistics consultant within such industries as plastic product manufacturing and consumer product distribution; brass product manufacturing, distribution and plant re-organization; book distribution and returns; textile manufacturing; steel manufacturing and export; paper box manufacturing, distribution and plant design; soft drink bottling and distribution; high tech communication power systems manufacturing and plant design; consumer wholesale parts manufacturing and distribution, and the manufacturing of the equipment that creates silicon chips for domestic and international sales.
Sam is also accepted by the US Government to conduct feasibility studies for the purpose of companies gaining approval for government guaranteed loans for up to $10,000,000 to establish manufacturing and distribution companies in economically distressed areas.
Sam graduated from Indiana University with Bachelor of Science in Business, and from Aquinas College with a Master of Arts in Management.
